The male Ring-necked Duck is still on Loch of Tingwall along with a Slavonian Grebe.

Ring-necked Duck at Tingwall - Hugh Harrop

The male Ring-necked Duck is still on Loch of Tingwall, along with 2 Pintails. There are 110 Fieldfares at Dale of Walls. There are 4 Jack Snipes at Troswick and 3 at Boddam.

A first-winter Glaucous Gull is at Bridge End, Burra.

A Goosander is on Easter Loch, Uyeasound, along with the Shoveler and 5 Scaups, while there are 2 Common Scoters on Loch of Snarravoe. The Jackdaw is still at Baltasound along with 2 Carrion Crows and a neck-collared Greylag Goose. There are 2 Waxwings at Baltasound.

Saturday 28th October  2006

A male Ring-necked Duck is on Loch of Tingwall. A Grey Plover is at Scatness, 13 Little Auks  flew past Sumburgh Head and a late Ruff is with 800 Golden Plovers at Fleck. On Loch of Spiggie there are 6 Scaups, a Slavonian Grebe, a Little Grebe, a Pochard and a female Pintail. There are 500 Fieldfares at Maywick.

A Yellowhammer is at Baltasound, a late Wheatear is at Haroldswick and a Short-eared Owl is at Burrafirth.

Friday 27th October  2006

Red Grouse at Nesting - Hugh Harrop; Glaucous Gull at Lerwick- Dave Hall; Chiffchaff at Skaw - Mike Pennington

A total of 7 Little Auks flew past Sumburgh Head early in the morning and singles were seen in Yell Sound and Bluemull Sound. A second-winter Glaucous Gull is at Shetland Catch, Lerwick. A Woodcock is at Kergord.

A Woodcock and a Jack Snipe are at Norwick, the Jackdaw is still at Baltasound, along with 4 Barnacle Geese, and the Shoveler is still at Uyeasound, along with a Jack Snipe.

A Little Grebe and a Common Scoter are on Papil Water, Fetlar.

Tree Sparrow at Maywick - Hugh Harrop

The returning White-billed Diver is still off Kirkabister, Nesting.

There are 2 Dark-bellied Brent Geese with Greylag Geese at Virkie. A probable Snow Goose flew north over Ocraquoy. A Tree Sparrow is at Maywick.

The Treecreeper is still at Leagarth on Fetlar.

A Yellow-browed Warbler, a Wheatear and a Glaucous Gull are at Norwick, while the Shoveler is still at Uyeasound.

A Little Auk is in Yell Sound.

The Red-flanked Bluetail and the Short-toed Lark are still at Skaw, Whalsay. 

The returning White-billed Diver is off Kirkabister, Nesting. The Arctic Redpoll is still at Sumburgh Farm. A Red-breasted Flycatcher is at Busta.

The Treecreeper is still at Leagarth on Fetlar. A Mistle Thrush is at Mid Yell.

Treecreeper, Long-eared Owl and Yellowhammer (with Blackbird) on Fetlar - Brydon Thomason

Yet another Red-flanked Bluetail has been found, in private gardens at Brettadal, Brae. 

The Red-flanked Bluetail is still at Skaw, Whalsay, and there are 2 Waxwings on the island.

A Treecreeper is at Leagarth on Fetlar, with at least 2 Long-eared Owls still on the island along with a male Yellowhammer, a Black Redstart, a Ring Ouzel and a lingering Willow Warbler.

Arctic Redpoll at Sumburgh and Long-eared Owl at Maywick - Hugh Harrop; Arctic Redpoll at Sumburgh - Jim Nicolson

The Arctic Redpoll is still at Sumburgh Farm and a Long-eared Owl is at Maywick. There are 5 Short-eared Owls at Scatness and 2 Common Buzzards at Fitful Head, and 2 Ring Ouzels at Cunningsburgh. A Yellow-browed Warbler is at Voe.

The Short-toed Lark and 2 Black Redstarts are still is at Gunnista, Bressay.

A freshly dead Little Auk was found at Burravoe on Yell.

A Red-flanked Bluetail was trapped at the plantation at Skaw, Whalsay. 

The Arctic Redpoll is still at Sumburgh Farm. A Lesser Redpoll and a Ring Ouzel are at Sumburgh Head and 3 Short-eared Owls are at Scatness.

An Olive-backed Pipit was at Sumburgh in the morning before flying off. The Arctic Redpoll is still at Sumburgh Farm. A Little Auk was flying around calling in the fog over the fields at Grutness for five minutes at 10:40 (!). There are Ring Ouzels at Sumburgh Head and Geosetter.

A Pallas's Warbler is at Skaw, Whalsay along with the Short-toed Lark and a Black Redstart.

Thursday 19th October  2006

An Arctic Redpoll is at Sumburgh Farm. The released Rough-legged Hawk flew over Channerwick. A Stock Dove is at Sumburgh. A Black Redstart and a Short-eared Owl are at Toab, a Turtle Dove is at Quendale and a Ring Ouzel is at Geosetter.

A Waxwing and a Yellow-browed Warbler are at Kergord and another Yellow-browed Warbler is at Voe. A Lapland Bunting is at Vidlin and 300 Fieldfares between Voe and Vidlin represent the first arrival of this species this autumn. A Common Buzzard at Helendale has reputedly been there for several days. A Spotted Flycatcher is at Norby.

An Olive-backed Pipit is at Vidlin plantation. An Ortolan Bunting is in a crop at Ness of Sound, Lerwick. The Red-rumped Swallow is still at Hoswick and a Mistle Thrush and a Grey Wagtail are at Channerwick. There are 2 Black Redstarts at Sumburgh Head. The Firecrest is still at Levenwick.

A Short-toed Lark is at Gunnista, Bressay, and there are 2 Black Redstarts on the island.

The Bonelli's Warbler sp. is still at Baltasound along with 2 Ring Ouzels. A Garden Warbler and a Shoveler are at Uyeasound.

A Yellow-browed Warbler, 3 Long-eared Owls, a Little Grebe, 2 Mealy Redpolls and 7 Jack Snipes are on Fetlar.

The Bonelli's Warbler sp. and the Taiga Bean Goose are still at Baltasound.

A Short-toed Lark is on the airstrip at Skaw, Whalsay.

The Pallas's Warbler is still at Sumburgh Head and the Firecrest is still at Sumburgh Hotel. The Red-rumped Swallow is still at Hoswick, along with the Yellow-browed Warbler. Another Firecrest is at South Punds, Levenwick, and a Long-eared Owl is at Levenwick. A Red-breasted Flycatcher is at Geosetter.  A Lapland Bunting is at Sumburgh airport, 5 Common Scoters are in West Voe of Sumburgh and a Yellow-browed Warbler and a Swallow are at Quendale. There are 8 Dark-bellied Brent Geese on Mousa.

There are Yellow-browed Warblers at Kergord, Tresta and Bousta, Sandness, and a Ring Ouzel at Tresta. A flock of 6 Bean Geese (presumably Taiga) flew over Walls.

The Red-flanked Bluetail is still at Westing on Unst and the Bonelli's Warbler sp., is still at Baltasound, while a Barred Warbler is at Uyeasound and a Yellow-browed Warbler is at Norwick, while the Taiga Bean Goose is still at Baltasound.

The Pallas's Warbler is still at Sumburgh Head, the Firecrest is still at Sumburgh Hotel and the Red-rumped Swallow is still at Hoswick, along with a Yellow-browed Warbler and a Bluethroat. Another Bluethroat is at Scousburgh. A Red-breasted Flycatcher and a Yellow-browed Warbler are at Swining. A Water Rail and a Stonechat are at Virkie willows and there are 7 Bar-tailed Godwits, 4 Black-tailed Godwits and 3 Ruffs are on Pool of Virkie. A Yellow-browed Warbler, 2 Jack Snipes and a Grey Wagtail are at Quendale and a Black Redstart is at Toab.

Radde's Warbler at Scousburgh - Hugh Harrop; Red-flanked Bluetail at Westing - Mike Pennington

A Radde's Warbler is at Thurdistoft, opposite the Spiggie Hotel at Scousburgh; it is the 25th for Shetland but only the second since 2001. The Pechora Pipit has been seen again at Virkie willows but is elusive. The Pallas's Warbler is still at Sumburgh Head, the Firecrest is still at Sumburgh Hotel and the Red-rumped Swallow has reappeared at Hoswick. A Yellow-browed Warbler is at Channerwick and another is at Toab. A Richard's Pipit and a Bluethroat are in Quendale dunes and there are 2 Yellow-browed Warblers at Quendale Mill. A Short-eared Owl is at Grutness. There are 4 Barnacle Geese at Virkie.

The Red-flanked Bluetail is still at Westing on Unst and the Bonelli's Warbler sp., the Common Rosefinch, the Little Bunting and a Barred Warbler are at Baltasound.

A juvenile Rose-coloured Starling is at Gloup on Yell and a Red-breasted Flycatcher is at Cullivoe.

A Pechora Pipit is in the area around Virkie willows. A Pallas's Warbler is at Fladdabister. A Yellow-browed Warbler is at Toab.

The Red-flanked Bluetail is still at Westing on Unst. The Bonelli's Warbler sp. was relocated in late afternoon on gardens between Halligarth and Daisy Park in Baltasound. On plumage it is likely to be a Western, as it is quite bright, but it has not been heard to call. Please note the owner has requested that no-one looks into the Post Office garden. Also at Baltasound, a Little Bunting was seen briefly twice and a Taiga Bean Goose is still present.

The Siberian Stonechat is and a Little Bunting are on Out Skerries.

A Hoopoe is at West Sandwick on Yell.

A Red-flanked Bluetail is at Westing on Unst; it is the 11th for Shetland. A Bonelli's Warbler sp. is at Halligarth, while the Common Rosefinch is still at Baltasound and a Grey Plover is at Skaw.

A Siberian Stonechat is on Out Skerries.

The Pechora Pipit is still on Foula along with an Olive-backed Pipit, an Arctic Redpoll, 2 Ring Ouzels and a Corncrake.

A Bluethroat is on Fetlar along with a Mistle Thrush, a Willow Warbler and a Yellow-browed Warbler.

The Pallas's Warbler is still at Sumburgh Head and the Firecrest is still at Sumburgh Hotel. A Barred Warbler and a Yellow-browed Warbler are at Levenwick and another Yellow-browed Warbler is at Fladdabister. There are 4 Yellow-browed Warblers at Kergord.

Blyth's Pipit at Sumburgh and Ring Ouzel at Scatness - Steve Minton

A Blyth's Pipit is at Sumburgh. It is the third for Shetland following singles on Fair Isle in October 1988 and October 1993. A Firecrest at Grutness moved over to Sumburgh Hotel later; it is the 19th Shetland record. The Arctic Warbler is still at Boddam and the Pallas's Warbler is still at Sumburgh Head. A Yellow-browed Warbler and a Black Redstart are at Grutness and a Barred Warbler is at Sumburgh Farm. The Red-rumped Swallow is still at Hoswick, along with a Common Redstart. A Ring Ouzel and a Pintail are at Scatness.

The Pechora Pipit is still on Foula along with a Woodcock, 2 Ring Ouzels and a Black Redstart.

There are Richard's Pipits at Norwick and Baltasound, Yellow-browed Warblers at Norwick and Northdale and a Great Grey Shrike at Baltasound.

A Pallas's Warbler is at Sumburgh Head. An Ortolan Bunting, presumably the bird from yesterday, is at Virkie. The Red-rumped Swallow is still at Hoswick and the Red-breasted Flycatcher and a Yellow-browed Warblers are at Channerwick. There are also Yellow-browed Warblers at Sumburgh Hotel, Grutness and Geosetter, a Woodcock at Geosetter and a Pink-footed Goose at Quendale.

There are 2 Yellow-browed Warblers at Norwick, one at Northdale, and another at Baltasound along with a Common Rosefinch.

Yellow-browed Warbler at Grutness and Red-breasted Flycatcher at Channerwick - Dave Hall

The Pechora Pipit, an Olive-backed Pipit, an Arctic Redpoll, 7 Lapland Buntings and 3 Yellow-browed Warblers are on Foula.

An Ortolan Bunting is at Grutness. There are 2 Yellow-browed Warblers at Sumburgh Hotel and Farm, one at Grutness and 2 at Exnaboe. A Red-breasted Flycatcher and 3 Yellow-browed Warblers are at Channerwick. The Red-rumped Swallow is still at Hoswick. Another 2 Yellow-browed Warblers are at Wester Quarff.

A Hawfinch and a Yellow-browed Warbler are at Helendale and there are 2 Yellow-browed Warblers at Kergord.

A Marsh Warbler and a Lapland Bunting are on Fetlar.

There are 2 Yellow-browed Warblers at Norwick, one at Northdale, and another at Baltasound, the Ortolan Bunting and the Barred Warbler are still at Norwick and the Turtle Dove is still at Baltasound.

A Pechora Pipit is on Foula, along with a Lanceolated Warbler, the first-winter female Black-throated Thrush an Arctic Redpoll and the Little Bunting and 6 Common Redpolls.

An Arctic Warbler is at Boddam and the Red-rumped Swallow and the Red-backed Shrike are still at Hoswick, along with 9 Bramblings and a Willow Warbler. There are 2 Pink-footed Geese at Exnaboe, a Knot, 12 Sanderlings, 3 Ruffs and 2 Bar-tailed Godwits at Pool of Virkie and a Kestrel at Toab.

An Olive-backed Pipit is at Kergord.

There are 7 Yellow-browed Warblers, a Turtle Dove and a Jack Snipe are on Out Skerries.

There are 2 Yellow-browed Warblers at Norwick and one at Northdale, and the Turtle Dove is still at Baltasound.

Bluethroat at Sumburgh Farm - Hugh Harrop

The first-winter female Black-throated Thrush is still on Foula along with the Arctic Redpoll, the Little Bunting and 6 Common Redpolls.

A Richard's Pipit is in Quendale dunes and a Bluethroat is at Sumburgh Farm. A Common Rosefinch is at Boddam along with a juvenile Little Stint, a Ruff and a Whinchat. The Red-rumped Swallow and the Red-backed Shrike are still Hoswick. There are 3 Ruffs and 3 Black-tailed Godwits at Toab, along with a Brambling, a Dunnock and a Black Redstart. At Pool of Virkie there is a Jack Snipe and 5 Bar-tailed Godwits.  A Reed Warbler is at Quendale.

A probable Pechora Pipit flew over Norwick and was seen briefly at Northdale, the Ortolan Bunting, the Barred Warbler and a Willow Warbler are at Norwick, 2 Lapland Buntings and a Yellow-browed Warbler are at Haroldswick and a Taiga Bean Goose is at Baltasound.

A Yellow-browed Warbler is at Otterswick on Yell.

Upland Sandpiper at Baltasound - Hugh Harrop; Jim Nicolson; Steve Minton; Black-throated Thrush on Foula - Jonathan Drew

The Upland Sandpiper was relocated at Baltasound in the morning before flying off south just after ten. A juvenile Glaucous Gull flew over Haroldswick and a Turtle Dove and a Pink-footed Goose are at Baltasound.

A first-winter female Black-throated Thrush is on Foula along with the Arctic Redpoll and the Little Bunting.

The Red-rumped Swallow, the Yellow-browed Warbler and the Red-backed Shrike are still at Hoswick. There are 25 Knots at the Sletts, Lerwick. At Pool of Virkie there is a juvenile Curlew Sandpiper, a Knot, 3 Bar-tailed Godwits and a Black-tailed Godwit. There are 17 Whooper Swans at Loch of Spiggie.

A Turtle Dove and a Grasshopper Warbler are on Out Skerries.

Upland Sandpiper at Norwick - Mike Smith; Olive-backed Pipit and Arctic Redpoll on Foula - Jonathan Drew

An Upland Sandpiper was at Norwick in late afternoon, although flighty, and it was possibly seen over Haroldswick at dusk. The Rustic Bunting is still present but now moving between Norwick and Northdale. A Yellow-browed Warbler is at Northdale and a Common Rosefinch is at Haroldswick.

On Foula, there are 2 Olive-backed Pipits and the Lanceolated Warbler along with a new Little Bunting and the Arctic Redpoll.

A male King Eider is off Meal beach, Burra.

The Red-rumped Swallow and the Yellow-browed Warbler are still at Hoswick, with a Red-backed Shrike nearby. A Peregrine Falcon and a Hen Harrier are at Quarff. A flock of 5 Brent Geese at Dury Voe have been present since last Saturday.

A Richard's Pipit, a Yellow-browed Warbler and a Bluethroat are on Whalsay.

A Red-backed Shrike is at Maryfield, Bressay.

A Yellow-browed Warbler is still on Out Skerries.

Arctic Redpoll, Little Bunting and Tree Sparrow on Foula - Russell Wynn; Snow Bunting at Scatness - Steve Minton

A Lanceolated Warbler is on Foula, along with the exilipes Arctic Redpoll, the Little Bunting, the Tree Sparrow, 4 Yellow-browed Warblers and 4 Common Redpolls along with a Red-breasted Merganser, a Grey Heron, a Merlin, a Peregrine Falcon, a Wood Pigeon, a Swallow, a Robin, a Whinchat, a  Stonechat, 11 Wheatears, 3 Fieldfares, 100+ Redwings, a Garden Warbler, a Willow Warbler, a Goldcrest, a Brambling and a Snow Bunting.

The Red-rumped Swallow and the Yellow-browed Warbler are still at Hoswick, and another 2 Yellow-browed Warblers are at Geosetter. There are 2 Barnacle Geese, 4 Snow Buntings, 2 Lapland Buntings and a Kestrel at Scatness.

The Rustic Bunting, the Ortolan Bunting, and a Little Bunting were all at Norwick, although mobile.

A Yellow-browed Warbler is still on Out Skerries.

The River Warbler is still present on Foula along with an Arctic Redpoll,  the Little Bunting, the Tree Sparrow and 4 Yellow-browed Warblers as well as 5 Long-tailed Ducks, a Red-breasted Merganser, a Grey Heron, a Merlin, a Peregrine Falcon, a Jack Snipe, a Wood Pigeon, a Swallow, a Whinchat, 8 Wheatears, a Ring Ouzel, 2 Fieldfares, 5 Song Thrushes, 135 Redwings, a Lesser Whitethroat, 3 Blackcaps, a Chiffchaff, 2 Goldcrests, 2 Pied Flycatchers, 10 Chaffinches, 2 Bramblings and 17 Snow Buntings.

A Rustic Bunting is at Norwick along with the Ortolan Bunting and the Yellow-browed Warbler.

The juvenile American Golden Plover is still at Challister on Whalsay.

On Out Skerries there are 25 Greylag Geese, a Merlin, an Oystercatcher, 3 Common Snipes, 3 Jack Snipes, 2 Skylarks, a Dunnock, a Robin, a Chiffchaff, a Yellow-browed Warbler, a Goldcrest, a Chaffinch, 2 Bramblings, 35 Twites, a Reed Bunting, 7 Lapland Buntings and 86 Snow Buntings

An extremely elusive River Warbler is at Burns on Foula. It is the 15th record for Shetland and the first since one on Fair Isle in 2002, although that is the only record since 1995. A Little Bunting is also new and there are 7 Yellow-browed Warblers and the Tree Sparrow as well as a Pink-footed Goose, 7 Greylag Geese, a Pintail, 5 Long-tailed Ducks, a Red-breasted Merganser, a Grey Heron, a Kestrel, a Merlin, a Peregrine Falcon, 4 Jack Snipes, a Swallow, 2 White Wagtails, a Stonechat, 5 Wheatears, a Fieldfare, 4 Song Thrushes, 100 Redwings, a Reed Warbler, a Lesser Whitethroat, 5 Blackcaps, 2 Chiffchaffs, a Willow Warbler, 2 Goldcrests, 22 Chaffinches, a Brambling and 11 Snow Buntings.

An Ortolan Bunting and a Yellow-browed Warbler are at Norwick, 2 Yellow-browed Warblers are Northdale and a Peregrine Falcon is at Baltasound.

The Red-rumped Swallow and the Yellow-browed Warbler are still at Hoswick. The Short-toed Lark is still at Grutness, the Marsh Warbler is still at Quendale and a Yellow-browed Warbler is at Toab. The Rough-legged Buzzard of the North American race was at Levenwick in the morning. A Red-backed Shrike and the Yellow-browed Warbler are at Geosetter. An Icterine Warbler is at Sullom plantation.

The juvenile American Golden Plover is still at Challister on Whalsay.

On Out Skerries there is a Merlin, a Peregrine Falcon, 2 Dunnocks, 3 Robins, a Whinchat, a Chiffchaff, a Yellow-browed Warbler, a Goldcrest, 2 Chaffinches, a Brambling, 3 Siskins and a Reed Bunting.

A Pallas's Grasshopper Warbler is at Skaw on Whalsay and a juvenile American Golden Plover is at Challister on Whalsay.

On Foula, the second Rustic Bunting remains at Ham, while a Turtle Dove, 4 Yellow-browed Warblers, a Red-breasted Flycatcher, the Tree Sparrow and 2 Lapland Buntings are on the island, as well as a Pink-footed Goose, 7 Greylag Geese, a Pintail, 4 Long-tailed Ducks, 4 Grey Herons, 2 Kestrels, a Merlin, 6 Jack Snipes, a Swallow, a Robin, 2 Whinchats, 22 Wheatears, 2 Song Thrushes, 125+ Redwings, a Reed Warbler, a Lesser Whitethroat, a Common Whitethroat, a Garden Warbler, 10 Blackcaps, a Chiffchaff, 2 Goldcrests, 10 Chaffinches, 4 Bramblings and 2 Siskins.

The Rough-legged Buzzard of the North American race which was released in May is still around, being seen for the first time in almost two months at Channerwick. The Short-toed Lark is still at Grutness. A Marsh Warbler has been reported at Quendale and a Yellow-browed Warbler is at Virkie. A hybrid Tree x House Sparrow, perhaps not a first generation hybrid, is at Maywick.

A Swallow is in Lerwick. There are 3 Yellow-browed Warblers at Catfirth, 2 at Upper Kergord and singles at Kergord and Gluss. A Sparrowhawk is at Kergord, 100 Chaffinches are at Busta, a Long-eared Owl is at Sullom and a Common Redpoll is at Voxter. Redwings have begun to arrive in reasonable numbers.

The adult American Golden Plover is still on Fetlar, along with 5 Lapland Buntings.

On Out Skerries there are 3 Jack Snipes, 2 Knots, a Tree Pipit, 3 Dunnocks, a Robin, 5 Blackcaps, a Barred Warbler, 2 Chiffchaffs, a Yellow-browed Warbler, 2 Goldcrests, 4 Siskins, a Reed Bunting, a Lapland Bunting and a Snow Bunting.

There are still 2 Yellow-browed Warblers at Northdale, Unst, a Sparrowhawk is at Baltasound and a Lapland Bunting at Skaw.

A Common Rosefinch is at West Sandwick, Yell.

White-fronted Geese with Great Skua, Yellow-browed Warbler and Rustic Bunting on Foula - Russell Wynn; Rose-coloured Starling on Fetlar - Brydon Thomason

An adult American Golden Plover is among 1000 Golden Plovers at Funzie, Fetlar, along with 2 Ruffs and 2 Bar-tailed Godwits. A juvenile Rose-coloured Starling is also at Funzie, with 5 Yellow-browed Warblers still on the island.

On Out Skerries there is a Little Bunting as well as a juvenile Peregrine Falcon, 2 Jack Snipes, 2 Tree Pipits, 5 Dunnocks, 2 Robins, a Whinchat, the Grasshopper Warbler, 8 Blackcaps, a Common Whitethroat, 2 Barred Warblers, 3 Chiffchaffs, a Goldcrest and 3 Siskins.

On Foula, there are still 2 first-winter Rustic Buntings, 2 Greenland White-fronted Geese, a Turtle Dove and 12 Yellow-browed Warblers along with a Tree Sparrow, 4 Lapland Buntings and 36 Snow Buntings. There are also 3 Greylag Geese, a Pintail, 2 Long-tailed Ducks, a Red-breasted Merganser, 2 Kestrels, a Merlin, 2 Peregrine Falcons, an Oystercatcher, 5 Jack Snipes, 3 White Wagtails, a Swallow, 2 Dunnocks, a Robin, a Common Redstart, 2 Whinchats, 4 Song Thrushes, 180 Redwings, a Reed Warbler, 2 Lesser Whitethroats, 20 Blackcaps, 4 Chiffchaffs, 4 Goldcrests, 40 Chaffinches, 3 Bramblings and 10 Siskins.

The Red-rumped Swallow is still at Hoswick and the Short-toed Lark is still at Grutness. There are Yellow-browed Warblers at Sumburgh Hotel, Sumburgh Head, Hoswick and Toab. The Red-breasted Flycatcher is still at Sumburgh Head.  There 3 Ruffs and a Little Stint at Boddam and another Little Stint at Spiggie. An adult male Stonechat is near Robin's Brae.

Further Yellow-browed Warblers are on Trondra, and at Helendale, Sandgarth, Toft, Voe, Swining and Vidlin with 3 at Lunna. A Barred Warbler is at Helendale.

The Barred Warbler is still at Skaw, Unst, and there are 3 Yellow-browed Warblers at Northdale and 2 at Belmont.
