Great Spotted Woodpecker at Cunningsburgh and Snipe at Boddam - Hugh Harrop
A Great Spotted Woodpecker is at Blosta, Cunningsburgh. A Black-tailed Godwit and a Peregrine are at Melby.
On Unst, a Common Buzzard flew from Norwick to Lamba Ness at midday.
7 Knot, 2 Sanderling and a Lesser Whitethroat are on Noss.

A Reed Warbler and a Garden Warbler are on Fetlar and 4 Ruff are at Baltasound, Unst.
A Stock Dove is at Wester Quarff and 2 Siskins are at Scalloway.

5 Sooty Shearwaters and 16 Manx Shearwaters flew south past Eshaness. A Marsh Harrier, 9 Ruff and 2 Black-tailed Godwits are at Hillwell and 2 Greenshanks are at Spiggie. A Pied Flycatcher is at Maywick. 45 Sanderling, 7 Knot and a Purple Sandpiper are at Melby.
On Unst, a Wryneck is at Norwick and a Ruff is at Baltasound.
2 Sanderling and 12 Fieldfares are on Noss.

Sanderlings on Unst - Mike Pennington
A Great Shearwater, 6 Sooty Shearwaters and 12 Manx Shearwaters flew south past Eshaness between 14:15 and 16:30. 4 Sooty Shearwaters and 3 Manx Shearwaters flew south past Yaafield, Maywick and a Sooty Shearwater flew south past Sumburgh Head. A Greenshank is at Scatness and 93 Knot and 3 Black-tailed Godwits are at Virkie.
A Sooty Shearwater flew past Noss and 22 Knot and 3 Sanderling are on the island.
A Manx Shearwater flew south past Heoga Ness, Yell.

A Pomarine Skua and 7 Sooty Shearwaters flew past Sumburgh Head this morning, along with a Black-tailed Godwit. A Ruff and 2 Black-tailed Godwits are at Virkie. Three Common Crossbills are at Sandgarth, Voe.
On Whalsay, 4 Manx Shearwaters and a Sooty Shearwater flew past Skaw Taing this morning.
On Unst, a Barred Warbler is at Burrafirth and a Peregrine is at Westing.
A Knot, 3 Sanderling and a Chiffchaff are on Noss.

The Booted Warbler is still at Sumburgh Farm and a Common Crossbill and 2 Swifts are at Sumburgh Head. A Wryneck was found dead at Exnaboe. 3 Common Crossbills, a Pied Flycatcher, a Spotted Flycatcher and 500 Eiders are at Wester Quarff and a Pied Flycatcher is at Whiteness. 2 Fieldfares are at Sandgarth, Voe.
A Red-backed Shrike, a Wood Warbler and a Stonechat are on Whalsay.
On Unst, a Marsh Warbler, a Wood Warbler, a Lesser Whitethroat and a Pied Flycatcher are at Norwick.
2 Ruff are at Loch of Funzie, Fetlar.

A Wood Warbler, a Pied Flycatcher, a Grey Wagtail and 2 Garden Warblers are at Hoswick. A Kestrel is at Scatness and 47 Knot, 30 Sanderling and a Ruff are at Virkie. A Spotted Flycatcher and a Stonechat are at Geosetter, a Chiffchaff is at Maywick and a Kestrel is at Ocraquoy. A Knot, 80 Ringed Plovers and 20 Sanderling are at Melby.
On Unst, a Pied Flycatcher is at Burrafirth and a Whinchat is at Northdale.
A Whitethroat is on Noss.

A Reed Warbler is at Scatness and a Common Crossbill flew over Sumburgh Hotel. A Spotted Flycatcher and a Stonechat are at Geosetter and 2 Chiffchaffs are at Maywick. A Spotted Flycatcher and 31 Swallows are at Cunningsburgh.
A Red-backed Shrike is on Whalsay.
A Whitethroat and a Pied Flycatcher are on Noss.
On Unst, a Greenshank is at Burrafirth and a Chiffchaff is at Baltasound.

A male Two-barred Crossbill is at Lower Voe, along with 6 Common Crossbills and a juvenile Cuckoo. A Melodious Warbler was at Twatt briefly. A Little Gull is at East Voe of Quarff and a Turtle Dove is at Wester Quarff. A Tree Pipit and a Spotted Flycatcher are at Quendale and 2 Stonechats, a Spotted Flycatcher and a Robin are at Geosetter. 15-20 Common Crossbills, a Cuckoo and 2 Greenfinches are at Sandgarth, Voe, and a Wood Warbler and a Cuckoo are at Swining.
On Unst, a Barred Warbler is at Norwick and a Wood Warbler, a Chiffchaff, a Pied Flycatcher and 2 Common Crossbills are at Baltasound.
A Tree Pipit, a Whitethroat, a Pied Flycatcher and a Grey Wagtail are on Noss.
3 Sand Martins are on Out Skerries.
Garden Warblers and Willow Warblers are fairly widespread.

Paddyfield Warbler at Skaw, Whalsay - Jason Atkinson
A Paddyfield Warbler was trapped and ringed in the plantation at Skaw, Whalsay. A Barred Warbler, a Wood Warbler and a Greenshank are also on the island.
An Icterine Warbler, a Garden Warbler, a Willow Warbler, 2 Ruff and a Greenshank are at Scatness. A Barred Warbler and a Tree Pipit are at Geosetter.
A Wood Warbler, a Fieldfare, a Spotted Flycatcher, 4 Reed Warblers, 3 Garden Warblers, 15 Willow Warblers and 4 Storm Petrels are on Out Skerries.
A Greenshank, 5 Ruff and 13 Knot are at Baltasound.

A Common Rosefinch, Willow Warbler, 2 Greenfinches and a Chaffinch are at Sandgarth, Voe. A Cuckoo and a Common Crossbill are at Twatt.
A Barred Warbler is in the plantation at Skaw, Whalsay.
A Reed Warbler and a Green Sandpiper are on Out Skerries.

At least 11 Two-barred Crossbills (two males, a female and 8 juveniles) are still at Sumburgh Head, along with the Melodious Warbler. A Wood Warbler is at Toab and 42 Knot are at Virkie. A Cuckoo is at Twatt.

On Unst, a Two-barred Crossbill is at Saxa Vord resort, Haroldswick, along with a Common Crossbill, a Wood Warbler and 3 Ruff. A Greenshank is at Sotland, Burrafirth.
Two juvenile Two-barred Crossbills were at Sumburgh Head early morning, and the Melodious Warbler is still there. 3 Common Crossbills are at Maywick. A Cuckoo is at Vidlin.
